"Sage" is a particularly non-unique word online, because it has three different meanings -- the adjective, the noun (common in fantasy), and the online lingo.  ("Seer" is not much better, either, but at least it lacks the online meaning.)

No dictionary word is going to be unique as a nickname.  If someone else uses that name, it's more likely they just chose it the same way you did.  They're not trying to impersonate you -- they very probably don't even know who you are -- and I very much doubt any admin is going to boot them for it.

By the way, I highly suggest everyone here do NOT use the google "image" link and search for "seer".  The very first picture is quite provocative.  I don't know who would sculpt something like that; maybe Marilyn Manson shortly after he had his lower rib removed?
