well the main problem is: That not every player, knows the IP for the voice chat of the current server ( or there is no one...)

but here some ides

every client could a set speack quality the minimum number is used... and a server setting for a minimum number... like low ping server or a plugin for teamspeack?

I don't event want to think about talking in public servers!  Think about it, 13 people in your team and most just babble some anti-important stuff. No more CAPS but hearing capability failures when people scream to your years all the time... Retarded player number will suddenly increase.

Make your own private TeamSpeak server and ask your friends to join. TeamSpeak is really easy to use.
