How would I go about making an open-ended pipe in gtkrad?

I know its possible....you can see a few of em on gloom2 and transit.

I understand how to make collums, and then invert, but how do I patch the end without patching all of it?

use the "hollow" button

Cylinder patch, then Thicken ?

and how would I go about thickining?

[Thorn]

Ctrl+T or go upto Curve>Thicken
