Help needed with q3map2toolz

I downloaded the file, extracted it, and it doesnt have the Q3Map2Toolz_setup as the guide says it should

use q3map2build not toolz

The file is .exe as you download it from fileplanet. You probably downloaded the latest q3map2 version and not q3map2toolz. And toolz has a dandy mapacker which you'll like thorn.
