At S1 I go between shotgun and las, depending on the situation. I find myself at S2 to prefer the Pulse with a Batt pack, and at S3 the suit with chaingun.

I find that the luci is too slow unless you're after dretches or buildings (but then I need to skill up)

Pain saw also rocks! It's close combat, so it's hard to play with, but if you know how to use it, the psaw is devastating... :D  :D it also finishes off buildings in like 3 seconds :twisted:

Hmm. I'm still a noob more or less, but i'm finding the Mass Driver to be good in the early game. Then once tryrants and stuff show up, I switch to chaingun or Luci. But i'm still learning how to work with the luci.

s1 mass driver, although i dont like being helmetless with it
s2 flamethrower till i get bored of it then i go to mass driver
s3 chaingun and battlesuit
