Command to list available maps

I tried searching, but couldn't find anything relevant. Is there a command a client can use to list which maps the server has? If not, is anyone willing to code it up?

Seriously, what do people do to be able to do this? Do they go searching for random old questions that havn't been answered in years so they can find a good topic to necro?
