The servers all show up in the in-game server browser. Set the source to Internet and click update.

Whats the system requirements for the server in order to host a playable server?

I have a 400mhz 128mb compy with linux on it, it just worked with ordinary q3, is it worth a try with tremulous? =) Does tremulous even work for linux btw?! =)

Both my servers are running under linux, however it requires uploading your full pak0.pk3 to your server after installing the q3 pointrelease so it's kind of a pain the way ID did dedicated servers. I'm not sure how well that computer would run a server with a lot of people, especially if it's on a standard home connection. Besides servers aren't really in demand right now.

hi,
i get only 3 or 4 servers listed in the browser (2 from sysrq, 1 Tremulous 1.0 and sometimes another one). Is that right or do i miss some servers? Those above are empty most of the time...

There are servers, I get 5-6 servers when viewing in All-seeing Eye. I too only get three servers in the in-game browser though.

I just asked about my comp for personal use, LAN's etc. I'll try to get it up some day =)
