Deconners and a fun way to fuck them up.

Well, i saw a storm of about 50 deconners yesterday on sst, all with the LLJK tag.

Is SA launching another attack?

It was funny, because right before they started renaming to things like 3 and "   "<-3 spaces, i ran layout save, and denybuilt the lot, then the admins on had fun renaming them by slot to things like "dickhead" and "sirmcfuckanot", and every time they naded base, i would wait for them to feel slightly gratified, then !layout load. Eventually one shouted in global chat "OMG! WTF? IT WONT STAY DECONNED." I replied "Yea, been away from trem for a long time? We can handle people like you now" and then they said "FUCK SST, ITS FOR NOOBS". I banned them then saying "Well your the noob, you couldnt even decon one server"
While many of you may dislike sst, this is still one for the team against deconners.

The game went on fine, as if it were never interrupted.

This is why layout should be accessible in times other than devmap.

I have to admit, I never thought of this use of layout. Very nice, I think I'll be pushing for more servers to have it now!

layout ftw, I'm going to save every default map in layout :p, think I did allready though o_O.

ANyway another way to have fun with deconners is to denybuild on them and slap them around. I remember once in uncreation I kept slapping a human off the edge every time he spawned, the funny part is he didn't just stop spawning, he kept spawning and I kept pushing him off the edge.

Oh... and sst DO suck, got banned for racism and I'm not a racist >.<.

TJW's build uses kevlarman's patch which is a better solution IMO.  Structures can be marked for decon and are only deconned when the BP are needed.  This solution works even when admins aren't on.

So does SST run every map in devmap mode?  It's bad enough you run unpure

actually it's not my patch, it's timbo's, i just wrote a patch so you could build inside marked structures.
