Ok, I get the 'GLW_StartOpenGL() - could not load OpenGL subsystem' error, and the solution is to change or reinstall graphics card, and I have no idea how do perform such actions. How do you switch cards so Tremulous can run??

I bet it does not say "switch"...
Reinstalling the driver for your gfxx should be enough.

Shut the computer down, take the screwdriver, open the computer case, take the old graphics card out, put another one in its place, close the computer case, turn the computer on and install drivers.

If my answer to your problem doesn't seem helpful, it means I won't help you until you show some effort to fix your problem yourself!
1.2.0 release's been delayed for 5:48:00 already because of stupid questions.
