Timbo, as the owner of the channel can do whatever he wants.
Dasprid has to follow Timbos rules.
Its like when people whine about admin abuse on servers and people tell them the admin is always right.  If someone is abusing power, and no one says anything, then they will never be stopped.

I'm sure that in this case dasprid was in the right, but admins are not gods.
People who think they are deserve everything they get.

Funny how someone will go onto some one else's server and then complain about be banned for any reason. Unless I am missing part of the story you were not held at gunpoint to enter the channel you did not own. So unless he tells everyone to DDOS your ass; don't complain, just don't enter the channel.

MY statement:

Admins shouldn't abuse their power. Don't kick people without a reason. Don't set silly settings on games either, like locking both teams for no reason.

Players shouldn't whine about it, they should just go to a dif channel/server. Remember: Their power is over you, so if they don't have you, they don't have power, now do they?
