This is my attempt to integrate !DenyBuild with the voteteam system. It needs some testing though, which I cannot do alone. I need players on it ( and maybe some deconners ^^ ).

My main objective is to solve the n00b builders problem. I know some of you say that the voting system is flawed and can be abused. But I still would like to give it a shot.
