KOCOUR-CZ DEV launched

I'm glad to announce that KOCOUR-CZ DEV is finally up and running. The server uses SVN909 patched with designated builder and credit share. Updated patches and a few SVN code improvements will be sent to Tremulous Bugzilla within a few days. Anybody who has a SVN909 (protocol 70) compatible Tremulous executable can connect through server list and download the rest of required files directly from the server.
