New DASPRiD's Server group

[DASPRiD]

Hi peeps,

after setting up the new server, I added an entire server group for tremulous. Those are:

• DASPRiD's Official
  Address: dasprids.de:27960
  Official maps in a normal gameplay
  
• DASPRiD's Custom
  Address: dasprids.de:27961
  Custom maps in a normal gameplay
  
• DASPRiD's Funzone
  Address: dasprids.de:27962
  Official and custom maps in a funny gameplay. 32 players and 200 buildpoints, sudden death is 200 and timelimit is 250
  
• DASPRiD's Bookable
  Address: dasprids.de:27963
  This server is only online on request. It can be booked at Quakenet, #trem-seek. Just type !request to start it. You will get the address, server- and rcon-password via notice. After you are done, you can type !finished to free the server again.
  

There are 12 admins, sometimes around on every server. All servers have http download for the custom maps and run Balance Lite. If you want any maps to be added to the map rotations, just tell me.

All you really need is... 22 bp for aliens and 30 for humans.  
Spawn, medi, boost/arm.  That way you aren't fucked by SD!

Currently, the bot is very outdated. I will have to rewrite it, before I release it.

Alright, I expanded the bot. You can now request the server with modifications. Say, you want to play a match with tremx? Simply type:

!request tremx

To get a list of available mods, just type:

!showmods

If you want any other mods in the list, just tell me.

sorry. that's terminology for a different game. in the game i used to play (Delta Force 2), base rape was defined as camping where the enemy will spawn to get easy kills. i guess the definition is different in trem.

what i was saying was, without turrets, dretches can swarm around the base getting a bunch of kills.

This Bookable thing is a great, it's like "my own free high capacity server". Everyone will want to use it and keep it as his own. Natural behaviour.

It would be awesome if you would provide a Programmable server, where everyone could upload everything (executable, game, cgame, maps, etc.), and run it. I'm sure mod makers with low net capacity will want to use it as a testing server.

OK, a trusted admin should apply patches and compile the executable himself, and if he doesn't have time to do it, then we'll just have to settle for QVMs until he does.

1) there is mostly no reason to compile tremded
2) it's still asking for it if you allow people you don't to upload executables to your server
