demo converters

is there a demo converter out there? if so can i geta link, i tried searching for one but got nothing, i wanna edit my demos (or movies [avi's]) in windows movie maker. but i was told i would need a converter o.O

fraps.

The demo file only contains information of player locations and actions. You still need a renderer to get the motion video (You need Trem/Quake3 to render them). Try fraps to capture the action in-game.

thanks i found fraps and i also got Virtualdub, for my file compression. may not need it though, but we'll see.
