Chat system?

Hey folk
Has anyone made a chat system for Tremulous? It'd be neat to have keys bound up in a menu system like this:
press c - chat menu
press o - offence
press f - forward

and a chat message would pop up (with maybe an additional voice recording) "Attack forward"

or
press c
press r
press f
press t
"Repair forward turrets"

etc.

I might pull something together after exams, if no one beats me to it.

Someone wrote a bind script, and i believe that a chat system is in the works for trem1.2.

Its on bugtracker.
