Heya! I was specing a pretty good a-goon today and I got to thinking about the goon crosshair. It's only point is to help you aim your projectiles, but the projectiles have an arcing trajectory, so I thought it would be helpful to have a vertical crosshair instead. Maybe one with graduations, or maybe something like a colour gradient for a more 'organic' feel.

Here's some hastily done mockups

It might help newer players, but I'd rather keep the current one. It's less obtrusive, and I don't need anything fancier, personally.

I like it, the vertical lines would help with shooting barbs. I tried to make a huge line but it was just shrunk down to a tiny one when I loaded it into trem.  =/

Hooray for range-finding crosshairs!
I like yours, Triedto, but paradox has alternate approach to it, heh.
If you don't like stealing the Wraith crosshair from Halo 2, here are some other alternatives:
Brute Shot from Halo 2 (A little clunky)
Fuel Rod Gun from Halo PC

the key to making a huge crosshair is the dimensions, not the size of the file

like in ur tinshud.cfg therell be

Crosshair
Rect 222 222 16 16

or something like that. the rect like determines the dimentions of the crosshair :O
will sort out my sig, or I will get banned.

HOW DO I SORTED SIG?

my hud editing skills are completely awful at best.
i was just giving you a hint so that you could maybe do it yourself because:

1. idk how to make a crosshair load for only one class
2. idk where you find all the picture files that you can use towards your hud (like lightningbolt.tga and all those)
will sort out my sig, or I will get banned.
