The same way you make any file.
Its a file. A file is a file.  Its just a plain text file, nothing odd.
Any maps not in the MG repo?  Email me or come to irc.freenode.net/#mg.

i usually just make a copy of my autogen.cfg and then rename it and delete all the content because im weird like that.
will sort out my sig, or I will get banned.
