The server (if hes talking about the S/W Domain) also doesn't appear inthe server list when you hit refresh or Get new List.

Yea i am talking about the s/w server.
I can view it join it and do anything on it but its not visable to others.
I have no firewall running and i have the port opened on my router just cant figure it out.

If my answer to your problem doesn't seem helpful, it means I won't help you until you show some effort to fix your problem yourself!
1.2.0 release's been delayed for 5:48:00 already because of stupid questions.

Does this mean you've managed to start it up now? It appears to you but not others? Are you connecting locally through the forwarded port? If you are, you might want to try connecting with a different port number. You probably won't need to forward the new port as you are on a LAN with the server.

Also, if your router has universal plug and play support, enable it.
