It hasn't been 4 per 2 seconds since the first 2 days after the post.  In it's current form, the HP regenned per second vary between 2HP/sec and 10HP/sec.

These are rough guesses, if you want the exact numbers I'd be happy to pull them out of the equation for you.  But first you should actually read the rest of the thread.

The fact that the majority of Stage 2 humans build the DC on the Potato Patch pretty much establishes the fact that an impact has been made to the game by this patch. But you wouldn't know, we can't even get you to read the thread, let alone play a game and see the impact for yourself.  We tried to make an impact, and for all intents and purposes gameplay on our server seems to say that we did.
