n0de is no longer able to ban people.  I have fixed the problem, and I have reviewed your demo and I dont know why they accuse you, but its bullshit..
Thank you for the post, next time it happens I will ban him for admin abuse, and he wont be able to come back into probley for a whole month.

lol n0de is full of shit, I never gave him that right, on the GoDz Relic Mod Server, I told him to ban anyone who broke any of the rules in the server which I have set to !rules for everyone who entered server, and each rule has a set time limit of a ban, and I do not allow banning to be going to be going on with one of those rules being broke, I have already seen admin abuse already and I have removed n0des admin level to 3, he no longer has the ban command.  I would greatly appreciate it if anyone got kicked, banned or admin abused for no reason to report it at the GoDz forums in the Ban Appeals Section.

its relic so youll have to have the relic vms installed (go go godz relic to get it then set it in the mods section)
