I agree that a pm would have been better.

Accusing Rawr of trying to artificially inflate his post count seems silly though.  Rawr's Profile shows an average of just over 2 posts per day since the account was created.  A very reasonable amount.  If Rawr was trying to artificially increase his posts, perhaps his average would be around 7-8 posts per day or higher?
