how to set full screen

I think that is more windows problem but any assistance would be good.yestrday i pressed some buttons accidentally while playing tremulous and tremulous restored down, it looks now like this:


can you tell me how to maximaze it?

i wonder if alt enter sets it to that also, that would be cool to play like that
