problem concerning Brazilan server (Brasil Regular)

Inst the first time I got ppl talking about admin abuse in that server, then I went there and play alitle, first of all:

1º - Im a new admin in Beer Garden
2º - Im brazilian also
3º - This was my first time on that server

Thats ok, we were playing nice, then I got a fight with one player called Kelvin, we were warned and no problem with that, but, in the next map I was playing as Lord_Gohda (Tenchu caracter xP) and saying with a bad english "engrish", worse then I can have cheeseburguer english (roflmao) then their admin (Dexter) that got on about 15mins ago muted me for that cus his friend was "losing his english cus of my bad speech" and didnt unmute me and after like 10mins tried to gave me a leason and leave after.
that was abuse, I will translate the chat log:

I am just saying a mute is something you can get over.  I tried making a big deal out of it since Rawr loves to mute me for no reason but I found that no one cares.

let me tell you something that happened with me.  Rawr and I were playing on OPP.  Rawr went to run down as i was coming up we were both rants luci nailed him in the back.  He then said whats your problem stupid blocker and I said you looked like you were going to run down off the ledge not turn and use the ramp your the one that suddenly changed directions and its not a big deal I gave u the evos for that rant anyway.  Then he muted me.  A couple other people say thats not a reason for a mute.  I talk to him in pm's he refuses to unmute me.  Beerbitch finally unmuted me and I posted it and the logs on OPP forums but it got deleted cause bastard cleans up their forums on a regular basis.  I found that no one cared.  Its just a mute.  I feel that any admin abuse is wrong even mutes but I have found from experience that people don't really care about mutes.  Because other than half way ruining a game by stopping team coordination it really doesn't affect you that much.

In regular Brazil mutes is given in who makes spams.
In it forgives them for any problem.
We wait that it comes back to play with us.
