I can't set up a server.

Ok so heres my problem. I do everything it says on the How to make a server. After downloading the files and putting em where I need em it says sumthing like this.

WARNING: couldn't open music file ui/menus.txt
recursive error after: menu file not found: ui/menus.txt, using default

I thought to myself... I might reinstall tremulous to see if it works that way.

Blah blah blah. I reinstall trem and... I can't find the <USER> folder of trem.  

Can someone help? Oh and don't go bitching about oh if you can't understand the guide your to stupid. If your gonna do that don't waste your time and just don't post.

What OS/platform?
Also, are you running a stock Tremulous 1.1.0 server?

there is no such thing as tremded on windows (it's really a renamed client).

sanity: you need to make sure you start tremded.exe with +set dedicated 2.
