This is a teaser of what can be done with a trigger_buildable

This trigger needs to see more use, with it you can make repeater powered lifts, doors, teleporters etc etc.

He's saying that you can make doors open only when there is a repeater (or other buildable) in a certain spot.

That's a really interesting trigger, and it will be very challenging to work it into the gameflow.

Hardly actually. As long as people think about it before they start making the gimmicks. I had a door like that in one of the earlier versions of fcp. And I think I also sent an example map to soubok for pulse's lockdoor system which had a trigger_buildable alternative.

It's alive, somewhere in my basement. I'll finish it in the next 500 years or so. Expect it to be the size of pulse but far easier to remember the layout of.

anyone got a list of items/classes for use with triggers?

all commandlines as they are in benmachine's, except for grenade which =gren iirc. bsuit and larmor don't work.

Edit: duh, that's equipment. But i still think it's the same just with the buildnames.
