noob training server.....
« on: April 10, 2006, 01:55:12 pm »
ok lately i have seen an incline in the number of new and unnamed players out there that during ingame they constantly ask what button does this and what button does what and how to buy stuff....well its not easy for us to answer right off the bat because we have each our own custom button config....

i was thinking of making a small temp server on my lappy from time to time for those noobs and people wanting to learn how to play trem...

how would i go about getting a good server up off my lappy with rotation and etc... is it a simple few steps or is there more to it?????

do they understand english?  can they read?

i honestly don't see how I can log on and find a builder doing stupid shit or people complaining about pro's or not knowing how to do stuff when me and norf have several guides on this stuff.

these people are lazy or just too damn independent.  i'm inclined to believe the former though.

course the guides won't make you a "pro" over night, but I guess I expected something better than what i've been seeing lately.

as for the stupidly stubborn assholes who have seemed to be joining lately:

oh gee, i hope tremulous isn't too complicated for the average cs player :)
