Exactly what's the difference between being a known member and a guest player (besides the very obvious reason, one's known and one's a guest player). I mean I've been playing Tremulous for the past 2 months ish. And using !listplayers, I found that I was still a guest player.

I'm not  complaining or anything. I'm just curious as to why there's these kinds of ranks o.o;;

They're admin levels. I'm lazy, someone else can explain them if needed, eh?

Oh, welcome to the forum!  :wink:

I know that SST does this for name protection of known players and to encourage players to use the TJW backport so they can take advantage of its fast map download system and get to play new maps without looking for them online.
