He's been a lot of people.  I don't have as much of a problem with his current account "F0rqu3," it's just that I despised some of his older ones with a passion.  (Incidentally, they were banned, so I fail to see why Survivor <Moderator> of all people would back him up.)

Lava is rude at times yet has become a moderator himself because he helps people at times.
While forq by no means is the most balanced he is arguably an experienced coder who helps people out on occasion in that area. That means he has 1-up on someone who just spams or gives his opinion. It doesn't make him immune.

Yes, f0rqu3 shouldn't spam.. but to stop spamming, he would have to have started (which I haven't seen him do). The poll question is begging the question (petitio principii, logical meaning: "implicitly or explicitly assuming the conclusion in one of the premises"), and so I can't submit my vote.

His posts to my knowledge haven't been advertising anything nor have they been nonsensical. Most of the time, they seem to be informative, creative or simply light-hearted jest.

He has got into the tad 'discussion' (argument), but there's nothing wrong with that so long as he keeps it calm and sensible.
