problem with creating a server

when i press create sever then choose what map i want then press create i shows an error message which says
    SV_BotFreeClient: bad  clientNum ########



can anyone tell me what to do. :cry:

Make sure it doesnt say dedicated cause for some reason it crashes with that chosen.

Its a server / vm mismatch.
Some poorly configured server probably dumped a mod in the base folder.  Go delete it.
