Simpel Texturing Question
« on: May 20, 2007, 10:51:30 am »
Alright, I decided to play around with Blender to create a new shell for the shotgun (I was thinking like a coin :P) it would look really cool. and would just be for practicing my texturing, and modeling.

How ever, I have never modeled or textured anything, I quickly got into modeling and make somewhat round old timers coin (looks all bent up like its ancient coin :P) but I have no idea how to texture it.

I was going to make it a fi9le type that photoshop CS3 Extended accepts, so I can texture it WHILE looking at the results in the 3, and still have ps to make it look good. but it doesn't have the "texture" level like the 1 in a video i saw. So I am guessing I have to first start texturing it, so when i import it into photoshop then i can edit it, so how can i quickly put a lil texture on a model in blender, so then when i import it into cs3 i can make it pro?
