Surround Sound?

It would be good if Tremulous had supports for 6 way Surround Sound (Dolby Digital 5.1). This would be useful.

Trem uses or can use OpenAL for the sound and I'm pretty sure OpenAL handles that already. You shoud try to configure all that now and see if it works ;)
urphy's rules of combat
8 ) Teamwork is essential; it gives the enemy someone else to shoot at.
18 ) Make it too tough for the enemy to get in and you can't get out.

It does not unfortunatly. Surround dosent seem to be Supported by tremulous.... If it is it may be my advanced sound card.

No longer matters... It was my surround. My sound card's wires were loose yet it made no difference for other games... Odd... typical... :)
