HELP WITH BALANCE MOD

i recently made another topic (right below this one) and i thank you guys for the information. I am 99% there. Ive made my home made server a balance mod. But am having trouble with the layout. It is auto matically set to admin level 5, and i messed up my admin levels. It says by adding the flag "l" (letter l as in Letter) to the admin level in your admin.dat file, you should have layout powers. None of this is working for me. Only the server has the layout command. Funny... My custom admin level (6) has slap... but not layout... any help would be appreactiated.

* means all flags. If you're adding l after teh * flag it means all flags except l.
Sounds familiar?
Try removing the l flag altogether from your admin.dat
Level 5 or 6 with the * flag should then automatically have it.
