Server Problem

Ok I have not never had this problem before and it seems to start happening now.

I have open all the ports for the server, and yet to still see the trem server on the Server list, but when I add the server to favorites I can see it, but on the Server list I see other server accept mine, but I also told someone to add the IP to there favorites and it showed up for them, but just not on the server list.

Can someone explain why this is happening?

I think there's something up with master servers for this to be going wrong.
