How do people get ~ in their name?

How do you get ~ without opening the console.
It is impossible.I've seen 'bout 12 people with ~ in thier name.

They can put it in a config file or unbind ~ and `

Forgot about that, I made a build where F1 replaces ~.
Code Select

Damnit.  I hate myself for overlooking that when I even use the damn things, but yeah, .cfg's.

@OP: i got my ~ in my name through l33t haxing trem to pop open with the function button instead of tilde/backtick
will sort out my sig, or I will get banned.

Having a ~ in your name should be banned.
It makes it harder for morons to ban you.

In the meantime everyone who has an all red name can be banned too, because they're an eyesore. And people with white names should be banned just for sucking.
