Announcing the (re)Launch of Paradox Designs

Ok, a lot of you wont care, and some of you will flame me for shameless self promotion, but, anyways.

I launched my site a few weeks ago, with a style that was, well, unorthodox. I ran into many problems with this, mainly the fact that it would not render properly on anything other than Firefox on a 30" cinema display. Well, yesterday, i got my hands dirty in code and css, and rebuilt the site from the ground up. Now it is much sexier and prettier. Check it out and sign up today, it doesnt cost anything, and if you dont want to give me your email, use a Mailinator account, i wont care.

The site was built for my small web design company Paradox Designs, and i have done a few projects, but the site wont be your typical web portfolio, more of a blog and community. Some of the features i have added are actually web2.0 like, and there is a bit of ajax here and there, but its mostly just plain HTML, Javascript, and PHP.
Some of the ajax features are the clearable search box, the shairng dialog (click the share icon from newsposts) and the lightboxes scattered throughout the site.

What do you guys think of the site?

Hmm, site looks good though i don't really like the whitish background, but that's just a personal opionion.

I updated it (again), now called Paradox designs3.0
Site now has ajax here and there, gravatars, easier guest commenting, no user profiles, better sharing system, newer theme that uses better code (less phantom divs and diminished bodies(actual terms)), taxonomy (tags), anti spam, 30m comment editing, bigger twitter feed, live archives, live search, pingbacks and trackbacks, etc.

New background has faint penstriping, and darker color.

I know it doesn't validate, mainly because i use a lot of custom parameters that are added to the code and parsed out with php and js. I am actually thinking about starting a 'not validating and proud of it' button society, as the w3c is kinda, well, dorky and slow to update their own standards.
With the old site i had to make the body size much smaller, to prevent page distortion, then add 2 div tags with nothing in them to force the page to the center. This one doesn't have to do any of this, so it is much better.

I like the overall content, but I don't like the plain blue on the sides, and the white backround is a little boring. Nice work over all though. Myabe just "spice" up the eye-candy alittle?
