i just want to know how to compile

manually or whit a linux program

Use the compile options in the build menu of GtkRadiant. q3map2 is included in Ingar's packages.

That is probably because you have downloaded a vms.pk3 that some idiot server admin put on their server to get a modded game.qvm working (this is the wrong way to do it admins!!!).  Just delete that file, and never join a server that tries to give you a vms.pk3 file.  Just press Esc to cancel the download and leave the server.  Do this and you will never see this problem again.

Note: There can be variations of the vms.pk3 file name.  Perhaps a version number, or the name of the server, or whatever.  If it is clearly a "vms" (virtual machines) pk3 being downloaded into your base folder, then you don't want it, and don't need it.
