once u are here and next login "u was banned..." or some shit like this

ppl are disappearing like they ware taken by kgb -don't knew why don't knew where

so maybe someone responsible for this forum would add warning to every account like:

2 warnings = ban

when user will be a bad boy he will receive warning that is visible next to location
so he will knew that he is about to say bye bye

and it would be fine if he received message from admin/mod why did he received this
so he can knew what he is doing wrong

of course that warning could be erased if admins/mods will see that he have hanged and he is helping
a lot newbies that can't even aim their finger to their ass

Look, punk, these are forums for the game Tremulous, and while there is an offtopic section for spam, accounts that are dedicated to that shit should be banned. None of your griefer accounts have brought any good whatsoever to this community. You've not made one, not one, helpful post in the GD, TS, Mapping or Mods forums. I assume you don't even play Tremulous. If you're going to put 0% effort into doing something for Tremulous other than pissing us off, gtfo.

@ kevlarman - I did create multiple accounts for the purpose of spamming these forums, in the past.

While my n00b.pl0x. account was intended to be a one day trollfest, it turned out to be a light, and I emphasise light, spam, and I emphasise spam, fest with various constructive posts.

R_OR, why exactly are you concerned with the banning system?  Have you been banned unfairly?  Is there someone you have seen banned unfairly?  Examples would go a long way towards backing up your point.  Could you possibly be referring to our trigger happy ways with tor users?  Can't help ya there, tor posters have abused these forums too much.

Posters who consciously and consistently decide to tread the fine line of what is acceptable will find themselves banned very quickly.  Not because I'll ban them (which I can't) but because posting offensive material multiple times means that there is a problem, and it isn't our problem.  We are not your parents.  I've seen people here post things that cross the line and get slapped down, but not banned.  They are generally contributors to the forums who screw up, as we all will at times.  However, it is not the job of anyone here to "re-socialize", if you want that take an etiquette class, go to reform school, visit a church, go to college, join a team, start taking therapy.  Take your pick, I'm sure there are countless other ways to learn how to deal with people.

f0rqu3 wrote the first version of the layout system, found the spare bit in generic1 that allowed us to use markdecon without an updated client, and wrote the first tremulous mod there was. plague bringer just spammed up the forums (and you did too).
