Sometimes in the past I've been asked to clan war and I said I was busy...I really do prefer to be left without an agenda sometimes. In an effort to get me to scrim, people so often use the words ''fun match'' or ''just a scrim.'' Now, these I like. The pressure's off, and I can enjoy playing a full game with no interruptions by inexperienced players. However, if we're having one of these matches, I expect it to be played as such...
Why in a ''fun match'' do teams camp for evos, hold out 20 minutes for SD, and killwhore beyond stage three, if it's only ''just a scrim.'' We scrimmed NT, you guys got s3 humans on our s1 aliens, and we had no evos. GG....I thought....man did that game drag out to all 50 minutes. What a waste of an hour. and that's only one round.
If you guys want no-pressure, fun games that can be enjoied, I'll have one daily...but if you want a full-fledged zilla-certified clan match masked as a scrim, I can't waste my whole evening like that. Trem is what I do when I'm off work, baseball is over, and I'm dead tired. I want to relax and enjoy myself, not make a computer game with pink lasers into a stressful ordeal. Once a month on all-out clan matches is about all I can take.
Much to your enjoyment, I'm sure, applejuice, I'm building a couple teams now that actually like clan matches, and I'm sure you can look them up more often than you could convince me. Recruiting Elmo, and Suvi's return should serve as building blocks for our new team. I pretty much suck, and need to stay out of clan matches whenever possible, so having those two around now will certainly give us a boost by letting me sit out.
As for three members barely? On any given night, I see Green, Freak, Bezerk, Mexel, Suvi, Elmo, Rush, Ziggie, and of course I'm there. We're more than active. Where is everyone else?
