Just to make it fair, I think there should be an advanced painsaw that glows even brighter blue. Said saw would be equipped with the same program that is installed on Flamers, making it irresistable to Dretches everywhere. The dretch-magnet wouldn't be very effective against the bigger bugs, only momentarily stunning them, but against the smaller aliens it would devastate.

Don't just make it bigger and better. Make it different. It leaves a burn that slowly does damage to an enemy, or make it have a limited number of bursts like the flamer does, with an energy relead.

10x the speed of a dretch? That's pretty balanced, because... you wouldn't be able to do anything. Try going on a server with g_speed 3200 and you'll see what I mean.
