Can't rebuild. Bug?

In a game of transit in the last five minutes our tesla's went down due to a tyrant rush and we didn't get the build points back. Is this a bug or just a server configuration?

Server config.
It's a kind of 'sudden death' mode to make the game end faster.

Didn't work though. We may have lost our spawns and stuff at the end but we still managed a draw :).
