help with rcon commands

is there any documentation (besides the one on MG) on admin commands specifically using rcon for things like changing structure build times etc...

I just realised that for the past 9months Ive been waisting my life on tremulous. <- aug. 19th ; 10:15pm

rcon will take any command you can type into the console or config files.

you cant change build times with out a recompile.
Any maps not in the MG repo?  Email me or come to irc.freenode.net/#mg.

m'kay, well I don't know everything that can be put in a config file.
And about the build times, you see I was playing on SST and it was decide to play a devmap and every-time someone built something it popped up instantly, Im fairly certain their using the layout patch (not sure if thats what allowed it) :/
