Hi, I'm looking for a game server browser which allows me to remotely administrate my server, found many for linux, but none for windows.

There is a server browser for windows, see http://tremulous.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=3795
This is R1CH's server browser, but unlike what you said, I don't think it allows you to use rcon.

This, however allows you to use rcon. You have to get it first, though.

I use XQF, it has rcon and support for every game known to man.  The latest has tremulous built in.
Any maps not in the MG repo?  Email me or come to irc.freenode.net/#mg.

Thanks, but XQF is for Linux only (I think?). I just went on their site and read it

well, technically you could get it to compile on windows with cygwin and a few hours sorting out compile errors.

Qtracker does what you ask and comes without folks trying to push another operating system on you.
