please unband me my guy nextdoor steals my internet

i get band a lot for some reason even when i didn't do anything so i found that someone was stealing my name and internet i dont know who but its happening and i keep getting band please unband me it really anoing. i play on two ip adresses and if i get band on one i get band on the other because i have the same name.

lol is he using wireless, if so LOCK IT DOWN.  If he is stealing using a cable, get a set of Wire Cutters and cut the shit, there are no excuses of why you get banned cause of your stupidity of letting him steal.  If this is true, I would do what I said or report him for doing that.
