Help disabling r_smp 1 in tjw's client.

Recently, I use the command r_smp 1 while using tjw's client. Now, when using tjw's tremulous.exe, it causes a freeze up and all I get is a blank screen. I, however, can run trem using the default tremulous.exe file, but then I have no guid.

Basically, can anyone tell me how to disable r_smp? I've checked all the autogens, and the setting is at 0. The only thing that bugs out is Tjw's client.

autogen.cfg (or autoexec.cfg) is the only file that can be used to store settings. If it's not in there, then it's not the problem.
So, I can only ask: are you sure you've checked all of them? Which ones did you check?

I can almost assure you that it's in TJW's exe. I did a fresh reinstall (deleting the trem folder then running the installer again), played with the default tremulous.exe, and everything worked fine, just no guid. I decided to go get tjw's, and had the same problems with it.

that's because you didn't delete autogen.cfg, with tjw's client it lives in C:\documents and settings\<your user name>\application data\tremulous\base
