Give some droid the ability to merg with a recently killed human's brain and revive it's body. Then take it's body on a tour to the human base.

I want humans to turn to liquid metal and imitate anything they touch by physical sample.  And when they get shot the bullet should go right through them and you see a silver blob where the bullets pierced and they heal up after a time.  

Oh yeah!  And since he's liquid metal the guy should be able to form simple knives, blades, and stabbing weapons...

Actually I did some checking up on the idea I posted here and found out that some weird old obscure movie called sperminator or something like that had the same effects... Guess I can't do it.

For the record, taking over dead human bodies or making zombie out of them isn't an "idea", it's a meme that just won't die.

Interestingly enough Blizzard is including this feature in Warcraft III. The undead race will not only have the ability to regain health by eating dead corpses but also be able to reanimate fallen enemies.
