Windowed mode

ok, so i finally found the joys of windowed mode, however i've run into some problems

1. theres no way to deselect the window, or make it smaller (the window takes up the screen almost

2. the mouse stays in the window when i click it, so i cant click on any other program

3. i cant drag the window around at all

4. when i'm in windowed, gtkradiant gets horrible draw distance
are there any ways to fix this?

not sure what you mean, but gtkradiant and tremulous both make rather heavy use of the gpu, and as a result probably don't play well with each other.
