True pokemon red, blue, green and yellow weren't half bad in themselves. Back then, people who could name all 150 pokemon were considered nerdy(I know I can only think about half of them off the bat) But today, its just horrible. With almost 400 pokemon, infinit repetetive plotlines and such, its just stupid. The show is garbage, they won't stop making new games/shows even though the craze is long passed and dead.
All in all, I find it stupid to even try to keep it alive, its just not worth it, especially since they just won't release it on any bigger machine then a gameboy. Seriously, the graphics on thos things have their limits and will never be on par with TV stuff.

I had Pokemon Yellow, it was way cool.
They were Old Skool.
Every now and then I cst an eye over my Game Boy color, which is yellow.

rofl. before school ended, my firends and i were trying to think of the original 150 for fun during lunch. it was hilarious. we were asking random people. we are all about 18 btw. i think we only got 148 or 149. i never really go tinto the pokemon craze, but i had a few cards and knew the basics way back when.

The Gameboys are, and have always been, awesome. I picked up some Starfox game for the DS, brought it within range of an open wifi access point, then promptly whooped the butt of some nine year-old in Texas somewhere. (Then promptly got my butt whooped by a six year old in Georgia somewhere.) I'm aware of the inter-webs being in existence for some time now, but having the dinky Gameboy out on the wild webs - you can buy a game cart with a version of the Opera browser on it - is just downright cool.

... and since Pokemon is the flagship RPG series for the Gameboys...

... Vulpix is the best.
