Hi,

I've written a tutorial for you to help you getting started in programming. It is based on the Pascal language.

Since this doesn't fit here I uploaded a PDF for you: http://www.mediafire.com/?bxnyexmq2kc

Post your comments and suggestions.

OkThanksBye

That was far too vague/brief, regardless of what language you're "teaching" and the complexity of the language.

Wow, that was shit. Did you just copy the first page of a book on pascal, that had like 200 pages?
Code: [Select]
Linux: ~/.tremulous/base/
Mac: ~/Library/Application\ Support/Tremulous/base/
Windows: C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Tremulous\base\

i thought it was ok, for a simple tutorial, but the fact that you mention you are still a beginner doesnt inspire confidence. :P

also kill pascal cause its old, and has probably got little practical use:wink:

No, but you should call this Page 1 or Paragraph 1 instead of Part 1 you juice bag.

Coding in Pascal on a Mac was about all I did back in IT class for a whole schoolyear. It is a good learner language, especially for modularity. (I do not plan to download the PDF)
