Tremulous barely supports what you're asking for in its current 1.1.0 state.

*cough* seige requires 1.2 features *cough*

You can only do so much with the 1.1 feature set. You can build maps with stage based elements (e.g. uncreation) or perhaps include a switch that a team needs to defend, etc. The 1.1 feature set was meant to be sufficient for the 1.1 gameplay.  I.e. Where the only objective is to destroy the opposing team and prevent them from respawning. You can't really add another objective since that is the only way to win the game in 1.1.

I'm looking forward to the 1.2 release - I'd like to make an objective-based map.

i think you can get away with running the map on an up to date server (the thing you need is the trigger for an unconditional win).

Actually I meant something more along the lines of building or destroying certain things on the map.  Like a granger has to build a mutant heart on top of a human generator to choke the life out of it or something.  Or the Humans have to steal fuel from an infested storage facility.  Creative stuff that makes the maps each have something unique to add to the gameplay.

For an example of what I'm talking about you should download wolfenstien: enemy territory.  It's free

P.S. Tremulous 1.2 was due out months ago.  it's really rediculous how long it's taking.

Like we said, impossible with 1.1.0.
