Ok, i dont know whats wrong with my map, no leaks, no intersections of 2 brushes, etc.

I load it and get an error saying sv_setBrushModel: NULL.

This was caused by a "phantom entity" in one of my maps.

Look at 0,0,0 (or use the entity list) and see if there are there any entities there. If there are, delete them then recompile.

This happened to me when I selected a brush that was already a part of a func_train then assigned them to another func_train. The original func_train was moved to 0,0,0 with no attributes.

Yeah, they aren't necesarily at 0,0,0, though. Look through the entity list (hotkey is L, I believe) for something without any brushes attatched. There's quite a few topics already about this, perhaps a search would've brought something up, hmm?
